Police find cannabis farm during raid on Bolton home

A cannabis farm has been found following a drugs raid in Bolton.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) executed a warrant at a house in Bradshaw Brow, Bradshaw, on Friday (July 17).

Inside the house, officers from the Bolton North neighbourhood policing team found a cannabis farm and a bypassed electricity meter.

The cannabis was seized and the farm was dismantled.

No arrests have been made but police said enquiries are ongoing.

A GMP spokesman said: "Police have executed a drugs warrant in Bradshaw.

"Officers from the Bolton North Neighbourhood Team executed a drugs warrant at a property on Bradshaw Brow in Bradshaw on Friday 17th July 2020.

"On entering the property, police found a cannabis farm and the electricity meter bypassed. The cannabis farm was dismantled and all the cannabis seized for destruction.

"Enquiries are ongoing to identity those responsible.
