Police disperse group at anti-social behaviour hotspot in Swansea

South Wales Police have increased visibility patrols in anti-social behaviour hotspots in Swansea following issues in the city.

The "increased high visibility patrols" have been brought in place to pay close attention to the areas rife of anti-social behaviour.

One group was dispersed on Sunday evening (January 16) in Morriston, with police visiting the families of those involved as well as having CCTV enquiries to investigate.

The force sent out a statement on South Wales Police Swansea's official Twitter account on Sunday evening.

It read: "Increased high visibility patrols continue with extra attention paid to ASB hotspots within the sector. Group dispersed, parental visit completed and cctv enquiries to pursue… #Doyouknowwhereyourkidsare #CommunityPolicing."
