Officers say she may have visited friends who didn't know she had been reported missing.

A picture shows Ms Sharples with blonde hair and a wrist tattoo.

Writing on social media, the force urged anybody who may have seen her to get in touch, writing: "She has various friends across the north of England who she may have been with and may not realise she's been reported missing.

"We want to ensure she's safe and well.

"We believe Hannah has travelled outside of our force area and was last sighted in the Manchester area on May 29.

"We also believe she may have intended to travel to Hull afterwards."

Anybody with information should call 101 quoting the reference number 1359 270521.
