Police are urgently searching for a missing Scot amid concerns for his welfare.

Ross McQuade has been reported missing from the High Street of Kingussie.

He was last seen at around 9pm on Sunday night, October 3, in the town centre.

At the time he was wearing dark blue jeans, black and pink trainers or wellington boots and a dark hooded top.

He is described as being of a slim build, about 6’2” in height and has short brown hair and stubble facial hair.

Police are urging anyone with information to come forward and have expressed concern's for Ross's welfare.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police are concerned for his wellbeing and request that any sightings of him are reported to Police Scotland by calling 101 and quoting incident number PS--20211004-0093."
