A park in Stockport was cordoned off by police after a man was injured in an 'altercation'.
Part of Houldsworth Park, off Houldsworth Street in Reddish, was taped off earlier with officers at the scene.
Police said they were called to the area at around 1.30pm after an 'altercation between two adults'.
One man was left with an injury to his hand.
His injuries are not believed to be serious, a spokesperson for GMP said.
Investigations into the incident are underway.
The cordon in the area was lifted by around 4pm.
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "At approximately 1.30pm, GMP were alerted to an altercation between two adults on Houldsworth Park.
"One male has an injury to his hand which is not believed to be serious.
"Officers remain at the scene and investigations will continue."
