Police continue to investigate after ladders were stolen from Gosforth home

Police have launched an investigation after a set of telescopic ladders were stolen from a house in Gosforth.

Officers were contacted at around 9am on Thursday, October 7 after a man entered a home on Welford Avenue in Coxlodge, Gosforth.

It was reported that a man had entered the house and stole a set of telescopic ladders before making off.

An investigation has been launched and as part of their enquiries officers have released an image of a man they would like to trace.

He was in the area at the time and may have information that could assist the investigation.

The man, or anyone who knows him, is asked to contact police via the ‘Tell Us Something’ page of their website or by calling 101 quoting ref NP-20211007-0719.
