Police confirm sudden death of 40-year-old man in Glasgow southside street

Police have confirmed the 'sudden' death of a 40-year-old man in the south side of Glasgow.

Officers were on the scene of Parkneuk Road, in Mansewood, shortly before 10pm last night.

Police confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police Scotland attended at Parkneuk Road in Glasgow around 9.50pm on Tuesday, 5 November following the sudden death of a 40-year-old man.

"There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
