The sudden death of a 20-year-old man in a South Ayrshire village has been confirmed by police.
Officers were called to an address in Red Rose Way in Tarbolton in the early hours of Tuesday, February 9.
The death is being treated as unexplained but police have said there are no suspicious circumstances.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2.35am on Tuesday, February 9, officers received a report that a man had died in Red Rose Way, Tarbolton.
"The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing, however, there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death."
