Police concerned for welfare of missing woman

Police are concerned for the welfare of a woman who has been missing for a week.

They said Deanna Monaghan, 30, had not been seen since Tuesday, October 24. She was last seen in Belconnen.

She is described as First Nations in appearance, with a medium build, brown hair and dark eyes.

"Police hold concerns for her welfare, and are requesting the public's assistance to locate her," they said in a statement.

They asked anyone who had seen Ms Monaghan or who might have any information about where she is to contact ACT Policing on 131 444 and quote reference 7576093.
