Mr Williams has a tattoo of a rose on his arm and a Manchester bee on his right wrist.

Police said he always carries a backpack and wears a baseball cap.

Appealing for help on Facebook and Twitter on Thursday night, Greater Manchester Police said officers are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information as to Mr Williams' whereabouts is urged to get in touch on the 101 non-emergency number, quoting log number 963-270721.
