Police have said they are concerned for the welfare of a missing teenager last seen in Whitchurch.
Chloe Grant, 15, was last seen at an address in the area on Monday (August 12).
She is described as white, of medium build and has brown hair.
Police say she was wearing a grey top, leggings and white trainers when she went missing and could now be in Bristol or Bath.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Constabulary said: "Have you seen missing teenager Chloe Grant?
"The 15-year-old was last seen at an address in the Whitchurch area of Bristol on Monday (August 12).
"We’re concerned for her welfare and need your help to find her.
"Chloe is white, of medium build and has brown hair.
"It's thought she could be in Bristol or Bath."
Anyone who sees Chloe is asked to call 101 and provide the call handler with the reference 5219185696.
