Police concerned for welfare of man missing for 3 days

Police Abergavenny Gwent Police

Gwent Police have launched an appeal after a 51-year-old man has been reported missing. Stephen Hopkins, 51, was last seen in Abergavenny at around 11am on Monday, August 1.

Officers are concerned for his welfare and have published his photo in the hopes that he can be found. He is described as around 5'6 tall, of slim build, bald and clean shaven.

He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black shoes and a black coat. He has links to Abergavenny, Newport, and Bristol.

Gwent Police said: "Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call us on 101 or send us a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2200259261." You can message Gwent Police on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
