UPDATE - Phillip Thornhill has now been found, Nottinghamshire Police confirmed on their website.
Nottinghamshire Police are concerned for the safety of missing man who was last seen on Christmas Eve.
Phillip Thornhill, 65, was reported missing from the Sherwood area of Nottingham at around 6.30pm on Tuesday, December 24.
A spokesman for the force said: "Phillip is described as white and around 5ft 10ins tall. It is not known what he was wearing at the time he went missing.
"If you have seen Phillip or have any information about his whereabouts, please contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 604 of 24 December."
