Police 'concerned' for missing man with tribal tattoo who could be in Mansfield

Police have launched an appeal for a man who went missing from his home in Shirebrook.

Ashley Prince, 35, was last seen in Church Drive, Shirebrook at around noon on Monday, June 22.

He has been described as white, of medium build with dark, shaven hair.

It is understood he has links to Mansfield and Teversal, and Derbyshire Police have launched an appeal to find him.

A spokesperson said: "We are concerned for the welfare of Ashley Prince who is missing from his home in Shirebrook.

"Ashley, who is 35, was last seen in Church Drive at around midday today (Monday, June 22).

"He is described as white, of medium build, with dark shaven hair (the image shows his hair before it was cut).

"He was wearing green shorts and black t-shirt, a black cap and trainers and carrying a blue carrier bag.

"He has a tribal tattoo on his arm, and sun and moon tattoo on one of his hands.

"Ashley is known to regularly visit Pleasley Woods, the Teversal trail, Carr Bank Park in Mansfield and Berry Hill Park in Mansfield.

"If you have seen Ashley, or know of his whereabouts, please contact us quoting reference number 578 of June 22."

Police announced Mr Prince had been found at 9.30am on June 23, 2020.
