Police 'concerned' as man, 59, goes missing from home

Merseyside Police have said they're "concerned" after a 59-year-old man went missing in South Liverpool.

Michael Barrow has gone missing from his home in Aigburth.

He was last seen at his home on Rosslyn Street on Thursday October 7 at around midday.

He is described as 5ft 9in tall, of medium build with receding brown hair.

He could be wearing walking boots, jeans and a jumper and is carrying a large rucksack.

Michael is known to to visit both the North Wales and Lake District areas.

Police are becoming "increasingly concerned for his welfare".

Merseyside Police said: "Please share and help us find 59-year-old Michael Barrow who is missing from his home in Aigburth.

"Michael was last seen at home on Rosslyn Street on Thursday, 7 October at around 12pm.

"He is described as white male, around 5ft 9in tall, of medium build with receding brown hair. He may be wearing walking boots, jeans and a jumper and is carrying a large rucksack.

"Michael is known to frequent the North Wales and Lake District areas.

"We are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare."
