Police concern for welfare of pensioner who went missing from home

UPDATE: James Telford has been found.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "James Telford has been found safe and well.

"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal or called in with information."

Police are concerned for the welfare of a pensioner who went missing from his home.

James Telford, from Allerton near Bradford, was reported missing this morning.

He was last seen by a neighbour at around 8am.

James, who is aged 77, is described as a thin, white male with white hair.

He is around 5ft 8 inches tall and is believed to be wearing a grey coat, blue jeans and black lace up shoes.

West Yorkshire Police want to speak to anyone who may have information regarding his whereabouts.

His family, along with police, are worried about James' welfare.
