Police closed a number of roads in Anfield after three people were shot with an air gun.
At around 9am on Tuesday, September 22, officers were called to the junction of Goldie Street and Sleepers Hill to reports of the shooting.
Two women, aged 25 and 34, and one man aged 36, are believed to have been struck with pellets from an air weapon.
They suffered leg injuries and were taken to hospital for assessment.
Road closures remain in place on Walton Breck Road, Anfield Road and Sleepers Hill.

A police cordon appears to be close to the Discount Booze convenience store.

Police said officers are in the area conducting enquires to establish the full circumstances and locate the person responsible.
A spokesman said: "Witnesses are being spoken to and house to house and forensic enquiries are being carried out, with CCTV opportunities in the area also being explored.
"Road closures are in place while officers deal with the incident, with closures in place on Walton Breck Road, Anfield Road and Sleepers Hill."
