A school bus and van were involved in a crash this morning.
Police closed the main road at around 7am on Wednesday, January 25, after two vehicles crashed. The incident happened at the junction of Bridle Road and Park Lane.
Due to the closure, motorists were unable to travel between A5038 Netherton Way (Bootle) and Park Lane (Aintree) in both directions for a couple of hours. Police attended to help with the recovery and closure but confirmed that no injuries were reported.
