A fourth person has been charged after a brazen fatal shooting on the NSW mid north coast.

A week ago, a 43-year-old man was shot dead in front of a home in Kendall, sparking a police manhunt.

Detectives have since arrested and charged two men aged 39 and 37, and a 27-year-old woman.

The 37-year-old was charged with murder while the other man is accused of being an accessory to murder. The woman was charged with concealing a serious indictable offence.

All three have been refused bail and remain before the courts.

After further investigations, police arrested a 53-year-old woman in Port Macquarie on Monday.

She was charged with hindering an investigation and concealing a serious indictable offence.

The woman appeared before Port Macquarie Local Court on Tuesday and was granted conditional bail.

She is expected to appear in court again on December 13.
