Police CCTV appeal after phone stolen from off-licence store

Police have released a picture of a man they want like to speak with in connection with a mobile phone theft from a convenience shop

The phone went missing at around 1pm on Thursday, April 23, when it was left by another customer on the shop counter of the Johal Off-Licence and General Store in Park Street, Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

The phone is said to contain a lot of cherished family photos and the owner is desperate to get it back, Nottinghamshire Police added.

The force said the man pictured may have information that could help with the enquiry.

If you recognise him, please call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting incident number 379 of 23 April.
