Police have had words with a group of young people after they were caught riding their bikes on a busy motorway
The three youths were spotted on cycles on the M62 near Warrington today.
Officers from North West Motorway Police say they caught up with the trio at Burtonwood services.

Sharing details of the incident on social media, police say the children were spoken to about the danger they had put themselves in, before their parents were informed so they could be dealt with at home.
Posting about the incident on Twitter, police also included the hashtag #ConsoleBanPending, suggesting the youngsters were probably not going to be doing any gaming for a while as a punishment.
