Police called to sex attack on path in North Glasgow

Glasgow Police sexual assault

A PROBE is underway following a report of a sexual assault on a pathway in North Glasgow.

Officers were called to a path between Ashgill Road in Milton and Coltmuir Drive in Bishopbriggs at around 10.10pm on Friday.

Police confirmed an investigation into the attack is ongoing. 

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.10pm on Friday, August 15, 2025, officers received a report of a sexual assault on a pathway between Ashgill Road and Coltmuir Road, Glasgow.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
