Police were called to the scene of a horror road crash in Barrhead this morning after two cars collided with a pedestrian.
Emergency services arrived on the scene of Glasgow Road around 11am.
The road was closed to motorists while investigations were carried out.
There is no detail at this stage of any injuries caused.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 11am on Monday, 14 June, to a report of a road traffic crash involving two cars and a pedestrian on the A736, Glasgow Road, Barrhead, near the junction with Salterland Road.
“Emergency services are in attendance and the road is currently closed.”
