Emergency services were called to a supermarket this morning after reports of concerns for safety of a man.
Police confirmed at around 7.45am, on Monday, January 10, they responded to calls of concerns about a man in a car.
North West Ambulance Service also attended the scene, at new Lidl store, on Edge Lane.

Paramedics said they treated a man in the car park of the store, before taking him to hospital.
A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "We were called to the car park of the Lidl store on Edge Lane in Liverpool at just before 7.45am today, Monday 10th January, following reports of concerns for the safety of a male in a car.
"Emergency services were called and the man was taken to hospital.
"Enquiries into the incident are ongoing."
North West Ambulance service confirmed they were also in attendance and that they gave a patient treatment at the scene.
After the person received medical attention, they were taken to hospital for further treatment.
A spokesperson said: "We received a 999 call at 07.34 reporting a person requiring medical attention in the car park. They received treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital."
