The clubber had ended up falling asleep in the toilets and had only just woken up.

A tweet from Greater Manchester Police's City Centre team said: "7am intruder alarm at night club, officers make on blues and twos to discover the last man standing.

"Turns out he’d fallen asleep in the toilets, woke up and was trying to find his friends in the club!"
