There are raised eyebrows after body-cam footage in Las Vegas recorded a suspected UFO, sparking speculation of a potential encounter with extraterrestrial beings
The footage from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department captured a suspected UFO streaking across the night sky.
Shortly after, a resident reported the presence of two unknown entities in his backyard.
The incident unfolded on April 30 when an officer's camera recorded the unidentified object at approximately 11:50 p.m, the NY post reported.
The flash emitted by the UFO was reportedly witnessed as far as Utah and California, according to the American Meteor Society.
Roughly 39 minutes later, a chilling call was made to 911 by a man residing approximately 80 miles from the infamous Area 51.
He reported the presence of two mysterious entities in his backyard, having witnessed a similar object falling from the sky.
“There’s like an 8-foot person beside it and another one is inside us .. and it has big eyes and it’s looking at us — and it’s still there,” the homeowner told police dispatch.
“In my backyard. I swear to God this is not a joke, this is actually — we’re terrified. They’re very large. They’re like 8 foot, 9 feet, 10 foot. They look like aliens to us. Big eyes. They have big eyes. Like, I can’t explain it. And big mouth. They’re shiny eyes and they’re not human. They’re 100% not human,” he claimed.
Police responding to the call were visibly shaken by the bizarre circumstances, as revealed by audio captured on their body cameras.
Despite an extensive search of the area and interviews with witnesses, no new information has been uncovered.
Law enforcement officials remained on the property for several days, thoroughly investigating the supposed paranormal incident.
However, according to 8 News Now, the case has since been closed by the department. Could this encounter be evidence of extraterrestrial activity?
