Police becoming 'increasingly concerned' for missing man, 29

Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a man missing from his home in Salford.

John Curran, 29, was last seen on Francis Avenue in Irlam at around 7pm on Tuesday 6 April.

His family say he is 'vulnerable.'

John has been described as white, of large build and approximately 5ft 11 with short dark brown hair.

He is understood to have been last seen wearing a black jacket, dark grey jeans and black trainers with white stripes.

Greater Manchester Police say they are becoming increasingly concerned for John's welfare.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.

A posting on GMP's website sad: "John Curran, 29, was last seen on Francis Avenue, Irlam, at around 7pm on Tuesday 6 April 2021.

"John is described as white, of large build, approximately 5ft 11, with short, dark brown hair.

"He was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark grey jeans and black trainers with white stripes.

"Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about John and want to make sure he is safe and well."
