A man has been arrested following an alleged 'knife point robbery' at a corner shop.
Police were called to the incident at the Village Convenience Store, in Middleton Road, Heywood, on Sunday (30 May).
According to a spokesman from the Heywood neighbourhood policing team, a 31-year-old man has been arrested.
GMP Heywood tweeted: "A male aged 31 has been arrested by the Heywood Neighborhood team for a knife point robbery which occurred at the Village Convenience Store, Middleton Road, Heywood. On Sunday the 30th of May 2021.
"He is currently in custody awaiting interview.
