Guns, drugs, several Harley-Davidson motorbikes and a jet ski are among items seized by police during raids targeting senior bikie gang members across suburban Adelaide.

SA Police said two chapter presidents of the Nomads outlaw motorcycle gang were among four men arrested as part of the operation, in which addresses in Adelaide's northern and eastern suburbs were searched on Friday, April 23.

Police allegedly uncovered 800 grams of methamphetamine, 700 grams of heroin, 11 firearms and $160,000 in cash.

Four motorcycles, five other vehicles and a jet ski were also seized.

A 30-year-old from Highbury, a 40-year-old from Glynde and a 47-year-old from Payneham have been charged with trafficking in a large commercial quantity of controlled drugs, money laundering and firearm offences.

Police said the men had been remanded in custody after facing the Adelaide Magistrates Court this week and will reappear in court in August.

A fourth man from Modbury North has also been charged with money laundering and will appear in court at a later date.

"We've seen a resurgence again with the Nomads motorcycle gang here, with the 12 members in total and two chapter presidents, again trying to establish their footholds," Detective Superintendent Steve Taylor said.

"It's very significant to arrest two chapter presidents — one was the eastside chapter president, the other was the city chapter president."

Police said the offending occurred between December and April.

One of the vehicles allegedly included a concealed compartment containing about 80 grams of methamphetamine and over $9,000 in cash.
