Police are searching for a former member of the mid-2000s boyband trio, The Choirboys, who has gone missing from his Essex home.
Patrick Aspbury, now 22, found fame in 2005 as a member of the chorister group which enjoyed a top-selling classical album.
He was last seen at 8pm on Tuesday 29 March at the family home in Chelmsford.
Essex Police posted an appeal on Facebook saying they are concerned for his welfare and have begun an official search.
Mr Aspbury's mother, Elizabeth Barron, told ITV News: "He has a lot of friends and family and they are very concerned about him and want him to be safe and well.
"He can give us a call whenever he wants. He had been composing music and playing his guitar when he went missing."
Former bandmate, Charles Porter-Thaw, described Mr Aspbury as a "great guy", adding: "He was a social, determined and thoughtful guy who loved his sport.
"He played the bassoon and was a great singer."
Police have described him as white, 5ft 11ins tall, with light brown hair and a goatee beard.
He was last seen wearing a grey sheepskin jacket, black round neck jumper and dark blue chinos.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Chelmsford Police on 101.
