Police appeal to find missing 'vulnerable high risk' man in Bristol area

Police are appealing for help to find a 'vulnerable high risk missing person'.

Philip Runacres went missing on Monday, March 9 from the Heathfield Close area of Bath and has not been seen since.

The 60-year-old regularly visits Bristol and Bath city centres, and said he was going to Bristol before he went missing.

He is described as a white man, five foot nine inches tall and of medium build.

He has blue eyes, wears glasses and has short dark brown coloured hair which is greying.

It is not known what he was wearing when he was last seen, but a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said he had been seen with a black rucksack.

He is also known to drink alcohol regularly and may appear withdrawn or depressed, added the spokesperson.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts or anyone that sees him is urged to contact police on 101, quoting the reference number 5220059838.
