Police appeal to find missing Bedminster man last seen at health centre

UPDATE: Police have found Matthew safe and well.

Police have appealed for information to help find a missing Bedminster man.

Matthew Hart, 30, was last seen by staff at Montpelier Health Centre on Thursday (August 15).

He left just before 2pm that afternoon and was wearing a blue hoodie and blue tracksuit bottoms.

He is described as white, 6ft 2ins tall and has brown hair.

Police say his car, a green Honda Jazz, was seen at junction 9 of the M5 near Tewkesbury.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Constabulary said: "Can you help us trace Matthew Hart, who is missing from his Bedminster home?

"The 30-year-old is white, 6ft 2ins tall and has brown hair. He was wearing a blue hoody and blue tracksuit bottoms.

"We’re concerned about Matthew. He was last seen by staff at Montpelier Health Centre. He left just before 2pm on Thursday 15 August.

"His car, a green Honda Jazz, was seen at junction 9 of the M5, near Tewkesbury.

"If you know where Matthew is now, ring 999, quoting reference 5219188324."
