"We are appealing for help to find a vulnerable man in his 20s, who has gone missing in the South Gloucestershire area.

"Matthew Trotman, aged 24, was last seen in the Wotton Road area of Iron Acton at about 6pm.

"He is believed to be in the South Gloucestershire area – regularly visiting the Thornbury and Yate areas," said a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset police on Sunday morning.

“Matthew may appear withdrawn or depressed.

"If you see him, call us quoting 5219224749,” he added.
