UPDATE* - Danny Maguire, who had been reported missing from the Ordsall area on Christmas Day, has now been located.
Police have launched an appeal for information after a man went missing in Nottinghamshire on Christmas Day.
A spokesman for the force said: "Have you seen Danny Maguire? Officers are concerned for his safety after he was reported missing from the Ordsall area, near Retford, at around 5.15pm on Christmas Day.
"Danny is described as white, of stocky build and was last seen wearing a light grey jacket, grey cargo work trousers tucked into his socks and a dark-coloured beanie hat with a ‘MKM’ logo on its front.
"If you have seen Danny or have any information about his whereabouts, please contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 398 of 25 December 2019."
