Police appeal launched for missing Lanarkshire teenager

Police are pleading with the public for help regarding the disappearance of a Lanarkshire teenager.

Officers are appealing for the public’s help as part of their efforts to trace Calvin Cook, who has been reported missing.

Calvin was last seen about 1pm on March 26 outside Bellshill Academy. It is believed Calvin is still within the Bellshill area.

The 14-year-old is described as 5ft 7ins with short brown curly hair and when last seen was wearing a grey tracksuit, black baseball cap and black/white Nike trainers.

Anyone who may have seen Calvin since this time, or has any knowledge of his whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 3553 of 26/03/2023.
