Woman missing from Nottingham city centre found after police appeal

Nottinghamshire Police have said a missing woman has been found following an earlier appeal for information.

Josie Cheeseman had been reported missing from the Nottingham city centre area at 10pm on Saturday (October 16).

She was described as being white and of slim build. She had last been seen wearing a black jumper, blue shoes and jeans, and was carrying a bag, police had said.

Police had been growing increasingly concerned for Josie's safety. They had asked if anyone had seen her, or had any information that could lead to locating her, to contact police on the 101 non-emergency number.

However, this morning Nottinghamshire Police said Josie Cheeseman has been found - and thanked everyone who shared their appeal
