Police appeal for witness to come forward after man 'exposed himself to woman' in Gateshead

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after an incident of indecent exposure in Gateshead.

It was reported that a male exposed himself to a woman on Hookergate Lane, Gateshead at around 10.15 am on Friday, September 24.

A witness was in the area at the time and reported the incident to police.

Enquiries are ongoing and officers from Northumbria Police have now released an image of a man they want to speak to.

He was in the area at the time and may be able to help officers with their enquiries.

A Northumbria Police spokesperson stated:

"The man, or anyone who recognises him, should contact police on 101 quoting reference number 105102H/21.

"Or you can email the officer in charge on 3505@northumbria.pnn.police.uk."
