Northumbria Police are appealing to the public for information on wanted man Mark Anthony Cairns.
Efforts are ongoing to track down Mark Anthony Cairns, 42, who is wanted in connection with a stalking offence.
Police have carried out checks at various addresses across Hexham and Lynemouth and surrounding areas in a bid to locate Cairns, who knows he is wanted and is evading arrest.
Detectives leading the search are now asking members of the public who may have seen him or know his whereabouts to get in touch.
It is a criminal offence to harbour somebody who is evading arrest and officers say they "do not want anyone to get in trouble on Cairns’ account".
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 101 and use the log 864 12/01/21.
