Police appeal for missing Gosforth man Alan Laverick, 59, who was last seen on Friday

Police are appealing for the public to help find a missing Gosforth man.

Alan Laverick left his home on Saturday.

He has not been seen since.

Over 48 hours later, police are now urging the public to get in touch if they have seen the 59-year-old.

He was last seen leaving him home in Park Avenue on Friday August 7 at around 12pm.

Officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries to trace Alan, who is described as white, of slim build, 5’11 tall with receding fair hair.

Northumbria Police say he was last seen wearing a pair of navy joggers.

Alan, or anyone who has seen him, is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 571 080820.
