Police are appealing for information after a thief stole keys for a van in Shotts and drove off.
Officers were called to the incident in Dyfrig Street at around 8.45pm on November 17 when the vehicle was nicked.
A man approached the driver while he was outside the van and demanded the keys before making off with it.
The crook is described as being a white male and was wearing dark clothing.
Sgt Lorna Hinshelwood, from Wishaw Police Office, said: “This was a frightening experience for the driver and we would appeal to anyone who was in the area at that time to come forward with information.”
