Police are appealing for information after a car was broken into overnight in Craigneuk.
Officers were called when a thief took a women’s purse, which had bank cards in it from a vehicle, which was parked in Cowie Place on the evening of October 24 into the following morning.
Police say they are following a ‘positive line of enquiry’ but have appealed for the public’s help in catching the crook.
No description of the thief was given with officers asking if anyone saw anything suspicious to report it immediately.
Police also advised the public not to leave any valuables in their cars overnight and lock any items hat remain in the vehicle out of sight.
