Police appeal for info after quad bike stolen from property

Police are appealing for information after a quad bike was stolen from a property in Cleland.

The vehicle was stolen from Biggar Road at around 8.30pm on March 15.

Officers said a fence had been cut to get the quad bike out and those responsible sped off in the direction of the Garrion Bridge.

Elsewhere, officers are asking for the public’s help following an attempted break-in at a building site in Wishaw town centre.

Police were called to the site in Main Street on March 14 at around 9pm.

Two men, aged between 20 and 30 and wearing dark clothing, were spotted on the site, leaving empty handed.
