Brenda Shott, 72, was last seen on Miry Lane, Westhoughton at around 08.45am on Friday (May 14).

She was walking a black and white Shih Tzu.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned about Brenda and are keen to make sure she is safe and well.

She is described as being white, 5ft 2ins tall with short blonde hair.

Brenda was last seen wearing a black and white animal print mac, black leggings and blue Sketchers.

A post on the GMP Bolton North Facebook page on Friday said: "Brenda suffers from dementia and officers are becoming increasingly concerned.

"We want to make sure she is safe and well."

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 0161 856 5620.
