Police appeal for help to find missing pensioner

Police are appealing for help in finding a pensioner who has been missing since this morning and is not wearing a coat.

Pauline Lightfoot, 71, was last seen at Buckfast Avenue, Oldham today (December, 6) between 10:30 and 11:30am.

The pensioner is described as a white female, 5ft 2, with short grey hair, and is of medium build.

Greater Manchester Police say it is unknown what she is wearing, she also has her ears pierced and usually wears gold earrings. She is believed to have left her coat at home.

GMP took to social media to appeal for help and say officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Pauline and want to make sure they are safe and well.

Anyone with information about Pauline whereabouts should contact police on 101 or 999 in an emergency.
