Thomas has short blonde or light brown hair, and blue eyes.

Police are appealing for help as concerns grow about his whereabouts.

Officers say Thomas is known to frequent Bowersdale Park in Seaforth, Merseyside.

A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "We are increasingly concerned about Thomas’s whereabouts.

"Please pass on any sightings of him via: https://crowd.in/1Klwbw or any other information to @MerPolCC, 101 or the charity Missing People on 116 000."
