Police appeal for help after Stockport man goes missing

A 53-year-old man, who was last seen in Stockport, has been missing since just before midday on Wednesday, September 29.

Police have put out an appeal asking if people have seen Graham Stone, who was seen on Waterside Marple in Stockport at around 11.45am yesterday.

He is described as being around 6ft tall and of slim build.

He also has long, dark grey hair, which is balding on the top, and a long, grey beard.

He was last seen wearing a bright orange/red coat, grey trousers and brown boots.

Greater Manchester Police said, in an appeal on social media last night: "Have you seen missing Graham Stone? The 53-year-old was last seen on Waterside, Marple, Stockport at around 11.45am today.

"He is described as being around 6ft tall, of slim build, with long, dark grey hair which is balding on top and a long, grey beard. He was last seen wearing a bright orange/red coat, grey trousers and brown boots."
