Police appeal for Bridgend man Howard Knill who went out for a walk and hasn't been seen since

Police are appealing for help to find a man who was last seen walking on Wednesday morning.

Officers say they are concerned for his well-being and are urging anyone who knows of his whereabouts to come forward.

Howard Knill, 55, is from the Bryncethin area of Bridgend


He was last seen on foot in the Sarn area at 8.20am and was wearing burgundy t-shirt, shorts and cycling shorts and bright blue trainers.

His family said Mr Knill went out walking in the Bryncethin, Sarn and Pen-y-fai area and has not been seen since.

A South Wales Police spokesman said: "Howard, 55, was reported missing this morning (Wednesday. May 27). He is from the Bryncethin area of Bridgend.

"We are concerned for Howard’s well-being and are appealing for anyone who may have seen him or who know where he may be to contact us.

"He was last seen on foot in the Sarn area at 8.20 this morning and was wearing burgundy t-shirt, shorts and cycling shorts and bright blue trainers."
