Police appeal as concerns grow for missing Aberdeen woman

Concerns are growing for a woman who disappeared in Aberdeen last week.

Amanda Youngson was last seen in the Seaton area of the city last Thursday, January 7.

Officers from Police Scotland confirmed the 36-year-old was spotted in Linksfield Place at about 3.35pm

She is described as being 5ft, slim build, with dark hair.

When last seen, she was wearing a blue puffer jacket and jeans.

Sergeant Richard Arton said: “As time passes, we are growing increasingly concerned for Amanda's wellbeing and are asking for anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward.

“Please contact police on 101, quoting incident 1784 of 7 January.”

Amanda Youngson has been found safe and well.
