Police appeal as concern grows for missing 53-year-old man

UPDATE: Lee Mullan has now been found, police said.

Police have issued an appeal for help to find a missing man who was last seen in Tameside.

Lee Mullan was last seen at around 6am yesterday (Tuesday) in Broadbottom.

The 53-year-old is described as a white male, who is 5ft 9in tall and of slim build.

He was last known to be wearing navy blue walking trousers, a pink shirt with a navy blue jumper over the top, a khaki jacket and grey woolly hat, police said. Lee drives a grey Citroen C4 Cactus car.

Derbyshire Constabulary shared a picture of Lee in an appeal on their Facebook page.

They said they are 'concerned for his safety' and want to make sure he is safe.

Anyone who might have seen Lee or that knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police using the following methods quoting incident number 919 of 15 March.
