Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was hit across the face by a man "for no apparent reason".
The incident happened on the pink Pronto bus which was heading from Nottingham to Mansfield at around 10pm on October 16.
Police are now appealing for any witnesses, or anyone who may know what happened, to come forward and get in touch.
A spokesperson for Mansfield Police said: "Mansfield Police are currently appealing for witnesses to an incident which occurred on the pink Pronto bus which travels from Nottingham to Mansfield.
"The incident occurred at around 10.10pm on October 16 2021 and involved a male striking a female around the face for no apparent reason."
